Tales from theHeart

I was born in Mexico City. I enjoyed writing short stories, plays, poems and news. I speak two languages: English and Spanish (my first language).  I love traveling around the world and meeting new people. My favorite part of the year is Fall, the beautiful orange and red colors painting the trees is the most beautiful sight!

Currently I’m a graduate student at the University of Washington.  I’m in the Master of Communication in Digital Media Program. I have learn about the new social media tools that are very helpful in today’s global business industry.

This blog is my dream come true! Ever since I was a little girl, I imagined a different world where I could play, smile and dream!  When my children were born and as they grew up I shared many of these stories with them.  I wanted to tell them stories that had to do with our heritage (Latino), but I could not find any.  This gave me the perfect excuse to start writing these stories so that one day I could share them with everyone and that day has arrived.
